Before Your Appointment
Our truck and trailer require approximately 8 feet by 30 feet of space for parking, either in a driveway or on a low-traffic, low-speed street where other vehicles can safely pass. Additionally, we need enough room to maneuver and turn around. If adequate space isn’t available, it may be classified as a no-show appointment. Any parking tickets or parking fees incurred during the appointment must be reimbursed by the client.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee. Rescheduling or canceling in advance helps us avoid disruptions, ensures we can offer your spot to another client, and keeps our business running smoothly. Thank you for understanding!

Before your appointment, please check your dog for fleas, as we do not groom dogs with fleas. Additionally, take note of any matting, lumps, bumps, or other concerns on your dog’s coat or skin. While we carefully assess these during the grooming process, being informed beforehand ensures your dog’s health and safety. It also helps us plan the right trim, as severe matting may require shorter trims or shaving.

For your pet’s safety and to ensure the appointment starts on time, please have your pet leashed and taken for a potty break before the groomer arrives. Being prepared helps us focus on providing the best care for your pet. Pets not leashed or pottied at the start of the appointment may cause delays and could incur late fees. After Your Appointment
When it’s time to pick up your clean and fresh pet, please be home and ready. For added convenience, we offer latchkey services for some pets—ask us if you’re interested. After the appointment, the groomer will share how your pet did during the session and discuss any concerns they may have noticed. Your pet’s comfort and care are our top priorities!

We accept a variety of payment methods, including card, cash, check (please note returned checks will incur a fee), Zelle, PayPal, and Apple Cash. For added convenience, we can also securely store your card on file for future appointments. While tips are never expected, they are always appreciated! If you’d like to tip, the industry standard is similar to what you might offer a hairdresser. Thank you for your support!

During Your Appointment
When meeting the groomer, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss and select a style that suits your pet’s coat type and condition. Feel free to bring reference photos and your pet's stylist will help discuss if that trim is possible and the maintenance associated with it. Our groomers will guide you in choosing a trim that keeps your pet comfortable and looking great.
We also ask that you keep your phone nearby during the appointment in case of an emergency or if we discover any coat or health concerns while grooming. Communication is key to ensuring the best care for your pet!

Please share any health or behavioral concerns about your pet, such as allergies or other health conditions, before the appointment. You’re welcome to provide treats or special shampoo that work best for your pet with health concerns.
The groomer will inform you of any matting on your pet and discuss options with you, as matting and behavioral concerns may incur additional fees. Rest assured, we will never shave your pet without reaching out to discuss options with you first. If we discover matting during the groom, we will contact you by phone to chat about the best course of action.
