  • To check if we service your area, please visit our Location page, which has a map of our service area and a link where you can enter your address to see if it falls within our service area.

If you’re outside the area, feel free to contact us—we may be able to arrange a visit. If you have 4–6 dogs, or if you and your neighbors or friends can combine for a group of 4–6 dogs, it’s more likely we can make a special trip to your area and dedicate the day to grooming just your dogs!

  • Yes, we carry both liability insurance and car/trailer insurance to ensure the safety and protection of your pet, as well as our equipment and vehicles. Your pet’s well-being is our top priority, and our comprehensive coverage provides peace of mind throughout the grooming process. We’re happy to provide proof of insurance upon request—please feel free to contact us for more details!

  • Congratulations on your new puppy! We recommend scheduling her first grooming appointment for after she’s received all her vaccinations, typically around 16 weeks old. We tend to book up fast; to ensure you get an appointment please reach out a month or so in advance to schedule. This timeline ensures she’s fully protected and ready to start acclimating to the grooming process. We’ll make her first experience as positive and gentle as possible!

  • Our prices vary depending on the service, size, and breed of your dog. For an accurate quote, please visit our booking page, where you can find pricing details tailored to your dog’s specific needs. Please note that prices listed may increase if there’s dangerous behavior, complex trims, matting, or late fees. We aim to provide the best care while ensuring a fair price for all our services and a living wage for our staff.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to handle flea infestations. In North Carolina, there are strict regulations regarding flea extermination. The law requires that flea infestations be treated by a licensed pest control professional, as only these licensed providers are authorized to use certain chemicals and treatments. We recommend contacting a licensed pest control service to address any flea issues before scheduling grooming. Once the infestation is fully resolved, we’d be happy to assist with grooming your pet!

  • Payment is due by the end of the service, and we offer several convenient options for your payment. You can pay via credit/debit card, cash, check, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Cash, and Tap Payments (inlcuding Apple Pay). Additionally, we can keep your card on file for future visits to make the payment process even more convenient. We strive to make the payment process as easy and flexible as possible for you!

  • Yes, you will need to be home for the grooming appointment unless we have mutually agreed upon a latch-key arrangement, where we go inside to pick up and drop off your dog. However, not all dogs are suitable candidates for latch-key appointments, especially those with protective or fearful behaviors. For your pet’s safety and comfort, we prefer to discuss this arrangement beforehand to ensure it's a good fit for both your dog and our team.

  • In most cases, dogs are more anxious with their owners present and may struggle to focus on the groomer, which can interfere with acclimation training and bonding. Additionally, our insurance typically does not allow owners to stay during the grooming session. However, we’re happy to send updates and photos throughout the appointment to keep you informed and reassured!

  • Yes, we can absolutely come to events! Whether it’s a dog birthday party, a community gathering, or a wedding, we’re happy to provide grooming services tailored to the occasion. For weddings, we can even be the dedicated dog groomer and wrangler, complete with our own air-conditioned area for outdoor events. Contact us to discuss rates and how we can make your event extra special for your furry friends!

  • We do not routinely express anal glands. However, if you have a vet note stating that regular external expression by a groomer is appropriate for your dog, we are happy to assist. Veterinarians can ensure there’s no infection and perform internal expression, which is necessary for some dogs. We recommend consulting your vet to determine the best care plan for your pet’s needs.

  • We require about 30 feet by 8 feet of flat space to park, and room to safely turn around our truck and trailer. We can park in a driveway or a street that has a low speed limit, minimal traffic, and room for parking. If we are unable to access your house due to parking or space issues, it may be considered a no-show, and you could be charged according to our no-show policy. Please ensure we have adequate space to provide your pet with the best service!
